Transparency is key. We forget that satellite sensor measurements are transformed in information, and the processing chain involves many variables with their uncertanties. There is a geneal tendence to apply a technology (optical or radar) to any user requirement. When the approach should be reversed. To what extent does this tehcnique with the actual resolution and revisiting can improve ?
